Welcome to the site dedicated to the athlete in all of us - and to our inner guide to self-care!
Therapeutic massage provides lots of health and wellness related benefits. It enhances athletic performance, increases everyone's flexibility and range of motion, increases muscle tone, and helps strengthen the immune system. It also provides relief from muscular tension, eases some joint pain, may relieve some effects of depression, and reduces emotional stress. And, besides all that - it just feels good!
My name is Greg Miner, and I am trained in a variety of modalities, including sports massage, deep tissue, Swedish, stone, foot reflexology and therapeutic massage. About Me
As a lifetime participant in both recreational and competitive sports since childhood, I understand both the demands and the consequences of an active sports life and active lifestyle.
I use my knowledge of the body and my experience with how it works, along with my presence to the emotional expression contained in the body to offer massage for sports performance, injury recovery, rehabilitation, sports conditioning, or just muscle tone and relaxation.
While primarily involved in playing and officiating soccer from youth to professional levels, I have augmented my own life with yoga, and have created a personal yoga practice which extended into teaching. Recognizing the importance of the body-mind connection, I became certified as a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist (PRYT) and support personal growth through assisted yoga postures that enhance the body-mind connection, individual mentoring, and life coaching.
I am licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire.
